Hunter Region Business Hub provides new and existing micro, small and medium business clients with practical assistance in business planning, advice on marketing, budgeting and cash flow.

The assistance offered by the Hunter Region Business Hub is independent and confidential. Fees are cost-effective and affordable. The Hub can assist in the areas of the establishment of new small business enterprises and existing small to medium enterprises who are experiencing issues, want to grow , or just want to be better.

Businesses can also take advantage of numerous business workshops and information seminars to assist in the development of their business.

Hunter Region Business Hub also facilitates networking events and opportunities to encourage the growth and support of the business community in the Maitland, Cessnock, Dungog , Singleton, Muswellbrook and Upper Hunter local government areas.

The Hub contains a Business Hub that houses up to 28 units either in office, commercial or light industrial premises. Businesses enjoy economical, easy-leasing arrangements with business mentoring services “on tap”.

The Kurri Kurri District Business Chamber was first established in 1913 to lobby for essential business facilities such as banking, telephone and other services.

Today the business chamber continues to lobby for business and the community to ensure that the Kurri Kurri district is able to maximise all opportunities for economic development.
